Tellumat's Radar division specialises in the marketing, supply, support and upgrade of primary and secondary surveillance radar systems (military and civil), voice switched systems, V/UHF and HF communications through partnerships with reputable international suppliers. Its main focus is to add value to factored products and systems utilising an established design, development, manufacturing, systems integration, installation, flight trial, project management and support capability.

This division is contracted by Armscor for the maintenance support of the South African Air Force air defence radar systems (for the last 30 years) as well as for the ATC surveillance and approach radar systems. These contracts are for depot, intermediate and operational level support. The radar division has successfully performed complex radar system upgrades on systems for the South African Air Force as well as for foreign customers.
