Post Implementation Support and Managed Operations

Following implementation, Tellumat offers operation support and managed services support through service level agreements tailored to customer requirement.

Tellumat has Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with network operators covering various technologies. Typically these SLAs include Helpdesk, NOC management services (TAC2), Third-level support (TAC3) and Field support for WiMAX, OFDM and Microwave transmission systems. Scheduled network maintenance and network optimization are normally included in the services offered.

Network managed operations can be extended to cover all aspects of the network operations as required in a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) scenario.

Tellumat has a wealth of operational and support expertise skill in South Africa in the following areas:
  • Long-standing Helpdesk that supports customers in South Africa, the SADC and as far afield as Ghana, Mauritius and Sri Lanka.
